If I live in the Los Angeles area, can I schedule an appointment?
Yes, we can meet at our downtown manufacturing office to view diamonds and jewelry.

I want to send the item as a gift to someone, what will the package look like?
Every item you purchase will be in a beautiful blue leather cover with white soft leather inside presentation.

Once we agree on a design, how long will it take?
Special orders take 3 – 4 weeks, depending on the amount of work involved. If an item is ready earlier, we will send it sooner.

How can I pay for the jewelry item?
ESQ Designs uses Pay Pal for billing. You may also save 3% by mailing ESQ Designs a cashier’s check or money order.  If you are unfamiliar with Pay Pal, we will be more than happy to explain to you the procedures.

What other fees are involved besides the product? 
The only other cost besides the product is shipping and sales tax (if applicable).  Depending on how far away you are from the Los Angeles area will determine the cost of shipping.  We will always have to have someone sign for the received package.

What if I have a diamond I bought somewhere else, can I have you set it for me?
Yes, please mail the diamond to the P.O. Box.  Please provide the cost of the diamond (or color stone) along with any lab certification. Once received ESQ Designs will finish the job for you.

When do we pay for the custom design presentation?
Once ESQ Designs gets the necessary information to start the project, we will bill you $250 via Pay Pal before we display the custom design images. ESQ Designs will provide you the cost involved in completing the project.

What if I am not happy with the custom design image(s) or final product?  
ESQ designs will make the required changes for you free of charge. In regards to the final product, ESQ Designs will accept a full refund if the product is returned to ESQ Designs in the original condition that it was sent out. The length of time is 30 days from which the product was received.
